With so many telescopes here in America and the Northern Hemisphere, it is easy to forget that there is a whole other world out there in the Southern latitudes which we cannot view. My youngest sister lived in Australia for a few years and I, unfortunately, was unable to get over there to see here. How much I would have enjoyed feasting my eyes upon some of these Southern Hemisphere celestial wonders. Of course, I would have felt compelled to tote a telescope along to really get a good look. It is too bad that SkyClops (TM ) is even too large for checked luggage. That would have REALLY enabled me a good view of the Southern Hemisphere heavens.
